The Serendipity Centre Limited (TSCL) is a small care company based on the north-east edge of Southampton which comprises of a school, three care homes and a therapeutic team. TSCL is now under new management. This new senior management team is made up of predominantly seasoned practitioners who have devoted most of their professional careers to specialising within the complex field of specialist education or providing quality residential care. This management team are clear on the importance of working in ‘partnership’ with a foundation which allows us to design and build a service around the individual needs of children.
