Open Door Stoke-on-Trent is here for people facing homelessness, crisis, and social isolation. Since 2013, we’ve provided safe spaces, practical support, and compassionate care to some of the most vulnerable in our city. What began as a small drop-in has grown into a lifeline of services that bring hope and dignity to hundreds of people every year.
